Dog Days of Summer Photo and Video Contest!
Calling all pet parents! We know you and your dog love summertime, and we want to see how much fun you have playing with your dog! If you and your dog are headed out to the beach, the lake, the pool, playing in the backyard or the park, we have a super-fun contest for you!
Send us your best pictures or video link (such as YouTube) of your dog having fun in the sun. It can be anything from your dog playing in the waves at the beach, digging in the sand, sitting under the shade umbrella, wearing beach gear (sunglasses, hats, floating devices, etc.), jumping into the pool, off of a dock into the lake or chasing the spray from a garden water hose – we just want to see your dog enjoying himself in the summer sunshine.
How to enter: Attach a photo/video of your dog (include your dog’s name in the image file name, and please use JPG format) in an email to contests@ilovedogs.com (please include your dog’s name in the Subject line). Tell us your dog’s age and breed(s), along with a little bit about your dog – especially what you love most and what makes him or her unique. Also include a brief description of what your dog is doing in the photo/video.
Contest deadline: We will accept photo/video submissions until 11:59 p.m. PST on July 31, 2011.
Prize: An i Love Dogs travel bag complete with two portable feeding/water dishes and a handy clip-on case for treats, bags, keys, camera, phone and more!
Winners Announced: Winners will be notified and announced on the iLoveDogFriendly.com website on August 16, 2011. Winners should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of their prizes.
Eligibility: All photos/videos must include a dog. i Love Dogs, Inc. staff and their families are not eligible to win. All photos/videos must be original and created by the entrant. By sending in your photos/videos you assert that you are the owner of or have permission to use the photos/videos you have submitted.
Assignment of Rights: By submitting a photographic image/video, you grant i Love Dogs, Inc. perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that photographic image/video at our sole discretion, including incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books. If you do not wish to grant i Love Dogs, Inc. these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit a photographic image/video. i Love Dogs, Inc. reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove images/videos from the I Love Dogs, Inc. website at any time at its sole discretion.
