Calling All Greyhounds – It’s Time for the Spring Dewey Event!

Calling all Greyhounds! The dog-friendly Atlantic Oceanside Motel in Dewey Beach, Del., will once again be the home base for the 8th annual Spring Dewey event April 13-15.

Pet parents and their pooches can enjoy pawesome events such as the Greyhound Ice Cream Social and Birthday Bash, the dog book swap, a hat-making workshop as well as many other fun events to participate in!

The GreytHounds of Eastern Michigan will be selling various items at their booth, such as Thundershirts, No-Pull Harnesses, muzzles, stool cups, squawkers, Tick Keys, Furminators and much more.

The registration fee is $10 per person. All of the profits from the event will be donated to the Greyhound group whose name is drawn at the Sunday picnic event.

Be sure to register soon as space is limited. There are 20 first-floor rooms available at the Atlantic Oceanside Motel, which is waiving pet fees during the event. Any additional adults in the room will be charged $10 per night.
