If you’re planning a trip to Sin City with your pooch, then be sure to paw on over to the Candlewood Suites Las Vegas because they welcome wet noses and wagging tails!
Pooch pals can soak up the rays while pet parents can escape the hot, dry temperatures by taking a dip in the hotel’s pool and then grilling up a steak on the hotel’s patio area.
The Candlewood Suites in Las Vegas has always been dog-friendly and pet parents will enjoy the new flat-screen televisions that have been added to the guest rooms. There is a $15 fee per pet for the first night. After, it is $10 for each additional night with a maximum of $150 per stay, which is non-refundable. One pet per room is permitted with a maximum weight of 85 pounds.
A pet agreement must be signed at check-in. Doggie treats are provided at the front desk.
“We have all the comforts of home including a pet walking area with park benches, complimentary poop bags and complimentary washers and dryers,” Director of Sales Martin Oceguara said. “Plus, there are several parks and recreational areas within a 10-mile radius.”
The hotel is located only two blocks from the Las Vegas Convention Center and the McCarren International Airport.
“Our pet policy is very much appreciated by all guests,” Oceguara said. “We constantly have repeat guests that stop by our front desk for complimentary dog treats and most have started dancing or doing tricks to get a snack.”
He also recommends that all pet parents pack comfortable shoes and plenty of water because there is a lot to see and do.
