Thus, i Love Dog-Friendly decals, bearing any of its trademarks or service marks, which can be obtained from i Love Dog-Friendly upon registering for i Love Dog-Friendly’s advertising services, are acknowledged by you to be the intellectual property of i Love Dog-Friendly and any usage thereof may only be made as set forth herein. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use of trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or republication of same without the prior written permission of i Love Dog-Friendly, is strictly prohibited. Other product and company names mentioned on our iLoveDogFriendly.com website may be service marks or trademarks of their respective owners.
(ii) By using this website, you agree that you will not make unauthorized use i Love Dog-Friendly’s marks and i Love Dog-Friendly’s decal bearing its marks, including without limitation usage which would reasonably be considered defamatory or disparaging of i Love Dog-Friendly’s business.

We do not investigate, represent or endorse the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, validity or reliability of any products, services, deals, coupons or other promotions or Materials, including advice, ratings and recommendations contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the i Love Dog-Friendly website.
References that we make to any names, marks, products or services of third parties or hyperlinks to third party sites or information do not constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party, of the quality of any product or service, advice, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer in or in connection with the i Love Dog-Friendly website.

VII. User Responsibilities with Advertisers
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the i Love Dog-Friendly website are solely, without exception, between you and such advertiser. You agree that i Love Dog-Friendly shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings or as a result of the advertiser’s presence on i Love Dog-Friendly.
The listed establishments have indicated at one time to us that dogs are permitted. This is always subject to current federal, state, county and other local regulations regarding where dogs are permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that your dog is permitted at any establishment at each visit by you to the establishment. Dogs are required to be on leash at all establishments unless the establishment tells you otherwise. It is likely that dogs are not permitted inside the listed restaurants, but rather, said restaurants will likely allow dogs only at their outdoor tables. Establishments may further limit dog access to their premises. Of course, an establishment’s policy may change at any time regarding their dog-friendly policy.
It is your responsibility make advanced contact and confirm that the applicable establishment is still dog-friendly and that it will accommodate your pet(s). Your are further reminded that it is your responsibility to be aware of and obey all local laws regarding dogs as well as any breed-specific laws that may be in effect and may affect your breed.
VIII. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and any past, present or future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These obligations will survive any termination of the Terms.
IX. Intellectual Property Complaints
It is not i Love Dog-Friendly’s responsibility to monitor the use of trademarks, copyrights or other rights of third parties. We may, however, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove, suspend, terminate access, or take other appropriate action against advertisers who infringe the copyright rights of others. Therefore, if you reasonably believe that any Materials on this website contain unauthorized reproductions of your copyrighted work or trademarks, or links to sites containing unauthorized reproductions of your copyrighted work or trademarks, and you want us to take any action, then you must provide the following information to us (as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. sec. 512)):

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

X. Miscellaneous
(a) Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by i Love Dog-Friendly.
(b) If any part of this Agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, all other parts nevertheless remain enforceable.
(c) Failure of i Love Dog-Friendly to enforce a right under these Terms and Conditions will not act as a waiver of that right or the ability to later assert that right relative to the particular situation involved.
(d) We respect the privacy of our users and hereby incorporate our Privacy Policy into this Agreement. If you have any concerns regarding privacy, contact us for more information.
(e) The laws of the State of California will govern all terms, conditions and disclaimers on this site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. The exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the site or the Materials shall be the appropriate state or Federal court in Los Angeles, California.
(f) The terms of this Agreement represents the entire understanding between each user of the i Love Dog-Friendly website, regarding each user’s relationship with i Love Dog-Friendly and supersedes any prior statements or representations.
